An insight from the incredible filmmaker
I’ve been meditating for around 3 years now and I can firmly say I'm a better person for it.
As a Lifestyle Filmmaker, I soon realised that I perform far better in moments of clarity. .
I began meditation to calm my thoughts before a shoot and gain focus on the task in hand. .
After experiencing the positive impact this had on my work it became a ritual and I began practising everyday.
Since then meditation has helped me to deal with the pressures of self employment, decision making, time management, focus, creativity in my work and overall happiness in my life!
