Who?

Hi, I'm Natalia Bojanic, a qualified meditation teacher with wide-ranging training, from time in a monastery in Nepal to currently being trained by Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, a programme developed at Google and based on Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness. I am also a certified yoga teacher, dedicated to practising yoga as much as I can and embracing yogi philosophies.

I have a fear of running out of exciting things to share, so I am constantly learning from business leaders, spiritual gurus and some of the world’s leading meditation experts such as Lama Zopa Rinpoche and Charlie Knoles. 

Working with powerful brands and phenomenal people as a PR Director has taught me that if you want to achieve greatness in life and leave a legacy, you need to really love what you do. After a lot of inner-search work I have learned that I love teaching analytical meditation, the form of Buddhist meditation recommended by the Dalai Lama, which teaches reasoning and self-analysis so that you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, change your thoughts, attitudes and beliefs and ultimately lead a more meaningful life.

These practices helped me through a divorce and a change of career, and the lessons I learned and now share have supported my students move forward in their personal and professional lives. I am confident that they can have a ripple effect in your life – all it takes is a deep breath and a beginner’s mind.
